Eligibility & Requirements
1.Must download our App; then register and complete your full
profile; (Name and email address) then post your request, ‘be sure to post your phone number with your request’.
2.Seniors living in Adult Family Homes; residents must have the approval of the AFH Supervisor to be eligible.
3.The Disabled Population (those who are unable to travel to local food banks due to Health and (or) Mental Complications) are eligible.
4.The Unhoused population (Those living in Tents or in Vehicles i.e., RV’s, Vans and Cars) are also eligible to receive free groceries, (Just post your request and location at the Food 4 Life button on our App).
- Low-income and Middle-class household are also eligible to receive free groceries.
- You must be present to receive your free groceries in person from our Food 4 Life Representative.
Delivery Schedule and Instructions
Food will be delivered 2 times a month (Week 1 & 3 or Week 2 & 4) to your front door (or) the Location that you have provided.
We will notify you through our App the morning of the exact day we will be delivering to your location. If you need free groceries sooner, you must notify us by posting your request on our App at the FOOD 4 LIFE button and we will plan to assist you and your family.
Once you have established service with Food 4 Life – Mobilized Food Bank, all requests, concerns and communication must be posted on our App wall at the FOOD 4 LIFE button.
We have a do not return policy, once food is delivered, we will not accept any returned items; Cans, Jars, Milk Cartons and Cardboard boxes.
Upon arrival we retain the right to refuse service to anyone who displays aggressive behavior toward any (and) all FOOD 4 LIFE Representatives, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
